We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a returns and exchange policy with the following conditions:
Return and Exchange Period
You have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange via e-mail at info.everyfemme@gmail.com.
Condition of Items
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged or altered.
How to Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 3-day period. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, we will assist you with the exchange process, subject to availability. If the new item is of a higher value, the price difference will be charged. If it is of a lower value, we will issue a store credit for the difference.

Items marked as Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
